How I work?

Looking for a space where you can show up exactly as you are — no judgment, no masks? You’re in the right place.

I’m a queer, working-class psychotherapist offering How I work
I believe therapy should feel safe, collaborative, and authentic. The therapeutic relationship is the heart of our work — a place where you can bring your whole self.
My approach is trauma-informed and compassion-focused, helping you to understand and soften patterns of shame, self-criticism, and emotional pain. Together we’ll build awareness, resilience, and self-compassion.

I draw on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), tailoring sessions to your needs.

Therapy can help with
Anxiety · Shame · Burnout · Low self-esteem · Depression · Trauma & PTSD · Identity exploration · OCD · Relationship difficulties.
